Ok lets try and Heal up real quick so I take less damage Stunned, Damnit better trinket you’re gonna die homie… Ok fade, start casting Voidform………. DEAD!
Shadow Priest are the worst PVP spec in the game second to only Tanks and that’s arguable! I am literally killed in 3 attacks, while my dots tick for ignored damage. Cant, get a cast off most the times, and you most Certainly are not getting off any CHANNELED SPELLS!
WTF is Blizz doing, yet DH, RET, WAR, SUB, Mages, SHAMAN , Hunters all get a bunch of mitigations, shields, heals, cc, and hit for 100,000 damage a spell!
I switched to disc a bit after the Vampiric Embrace crit nerf and haven’t looked back. It’s really sad, but disc is shadow now.
If I could add a spell to shadow I would add like… the ability for Anathema to do melee AOE damage that scales up with the number of enemies hit maybe.
Oh yea, and I’d also add the Eye of Divinity and Eye of Shadow auras to anyone with Anathema transmogged so we could see the ghosts again. I’m so sad I don’t have an extra Eye of Divinity, I miss seeing all the cool ghosts. Or maybe just make the Eye of Shadow show the ghosts too, as I have an extra one of those.
I mean warrior is notoriously one of the worst solo classes in the game and probably has less ability to influence the outcome of a match than any other class.
But doesn’t SP usually dumpster a lot of other casters 1v1? Like I know it destroys mage. Pretty sure it still murders paladins as well.
No, we can kill mages if we play perfectly and they mess up. Other Shadow Priests, we are pretty much free kills for any other class in the game Hunters kill me in 3 attacks!
Honestly dude this is 100% a skill issue.
Like I’m not trying to be rude but a quick glance at your armory shows you going for crit on a bunch of your gear which really makes me think you just don’t know what you’re doing.
This is the gear you -should- be aiming toward. Haste out values crit so much it isn’t funny. You also should be rolling a crafted ring, not the honor variant or at the very least double conquest ring haste and mastery respectively. I came here originally to talk trash but I genuinely want to help you out Todd. That is why I deleted my first post. Shadow Priests are actually an A tier spec in PVP.
I am all pvp gear, albeit upgraded some for the set bonus and lost a little versatility, no matter my gear, nomatter if I has hacked gear with redonkulous stats, Shadow Priests cannot solo anyone or survive any melee or hunters!
So go ahead blame gear I am all pvp gear and btw the other S Priests in my groups all get destroyed too!
I don’t know, I can’t help those who don’t want to take critism and advice. We aren’t trying to dog on you we are trying to point you in the right direction.
Even right now I’m in a training BG doing my rotation, not ideal but it works. Todd you are almost 1800 in blitz so you aren’t brain dead.
Here are some links, supatease is the second link, third one is baker ice. Both of which are gladiator level players. I’m sure they have advice floating around in the videos. I’d also suggest tuning into some of the streamers who play spriest in pvp. I don’t know if Pikaboo is still doing RPS, can’t remember who the shadow priest was he was with during those games.
armory doesn’t show you in pvp gear atm but you had a bunch of crit last I saw when SP stacks haste as hard as possible with no exceptions that I’ve seen.
