Blizzard has made it abundantly clear that in PVE they don’t want healers doing world quests, or really any content that isn’t serving their favored spec, DPS. It came to their attention that some of their esteemed and beloved DPS players were dying to rushing wind kick! The horror! So therefore it had to take a 50% nerf because unless healers are groveling to DPS on their knees and serving them in (What Blizzard considers THEIR gamemodes) dungeons, raids, and pvp content, their game is broken.

You’re like… a month too late, not actually discussing anything at all, and your title says pvp but the change didn’t impact pvp at all.

I don’t understand this lol. I’m pretty sure master of harmony mw is like the highest personal dmg a healer can do except maybe voidweaver disc priest. Im only 1600 in 2s but I was blasting people down, so i think nerfing RWK was the right call. Healers should do dmg I 100% agree, but they don’t need to do dps lvls of dmg to do dmg. I still do all my quests as mw and haven’t felt a different at all.
No self respecting MW thought it was ok to do that much damage. The problem is the healing that came from kick. Nerfing the damage that much without replacing the healing is… uh…
Not sure what Bliz is really trying to do here. First they pull healing out of healing spells and tie it into damage. Then they tie vivify proc to kick meaning that caster MW really isn’t a thing anymore. Now they kill the damage… gg

Nerfing RWK is nerfing our biggest healing font too. Our healing comes from their dmg and from vivscious vivification (activated after rwk). The other stuffs are just modifiers.
They put our healing throughput entirely centred in rwk dmg and his interactions with our toolkit.
Rwk is not just a freaking dmg hability, it is the core functionality of our entire playstyle after they gutted castweaver completely.
Its like nerfing holy shock in 50% and let it so clunky that their interactions with the toolkit starts to seems worthless.
The nerf is for pvp stuff, and just after Tuesday reset, i guess
The damage and therefore pressure you put on the opposite team and the healing RWK did made up for MW’s lack of healing.
It is too strong in two’s when the damage wasn’t being split.
Now if only they would revert the vivacious vivify change, or at least make it a choice node.
People laughed at me when I said mistweaver was garbage, and now I’m right. I was right then (before tuning changes were announced) and I’m still right.
Very true. MW has so many modifiers you have to keep stacked on targets to do effective healing, like all your hots and sphere of hope, and then you get spam CCed by priests with mind control and mages on the other side or r sham’s hex. Meanwhile your song of chi ji is very visible and crawls along the floor like a slug and isn’t even spammable. AND you have to get in melee range or at least within 15 yards to use your leg sweep or paralysis.

Completely ignoring the quality of these stuns in favor of blindly arguing about the quantity of stuns 
We are far more susceptible to cc as a midrange/close range healer, have very few mechanics to avoid cc, have less mobility than about half the dps and can’t out-mobility the slows and stuns that the rest of the dps DO have, but somehow mistweaver was “s-tier” because RWK does big dam. What a joke.
