With the Trevor project Blizzard pins coming out today, I was wondering if there is going to be another Running of the Trolls. For those who don’t recognize it, this is a fun run from the Troll starting area to Orgrimmar by a troll. It was a blast last year and I want to go again.
So, anyone heard anything? Are we running this year?

I’ve heard of Running of the Gnomes and Running Bull (Taurens) but I’ve never heard of the Troll run before.

Based on the comments about this pin on other WoW community and news sites…I’d say the trolls are already out in force.

Where are my legacy awards? I moved all of my trolls from the starter area, to Ogrimmar at level 0, then (usually) took the Zep to Under City and quested the Undead starter areas.
This is exactly what I want to know. Its not on the in game calendar like the Great Gnomeregan Run is. (Blizz, get on that!)

This would be about the same time they have done it in previous years, but that doesn’t leave me a lot of time to get my t-shirt!

yes there will be a run this year. I am on their discord and just asked and the plans have not been finalized yet, but they are thinking june 29th at this time but that can change.

Running of the Trolls 2019 will benefit [The Trevor Project a nonprofit group that is focused on suicide prevention among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, and other youth. The Running of the Trolls will help us celebrate Pride Month, and encourage the younger members of our community, both in and out of World of Wacraft, who may most need support and help through their teenage years to reach out for it, and to encourage the rest of the community to help.

The Running of the Trolls will be held on June 29th, 2019 on Feathermoon-US. The run leaves the starting area at 6pm PT/9pm ET/1am GMT.
We suggest showing up not right at the start of the run!!
There will be invites and people gathering beforehand all evening/early afternoon. You can check our discord to learn when there will be people giving out invites during the week leading up to the event!

How to participate:
Simply log in on the specified day, before the run start time and join us for a run! We’ll have invites, and you just need bring yourself!

How long has that been going on? My very first Horde toon was a Darkspear Troll and I played him from 2007 - 2011 and I don’t ever remember hearing about this. I know for a fact that back then I would’ve definitely been there had I known about it.
