“Your character is not necessarily lost if you die, however. After dying on a Hardcore realm, players will be able to choose to utilize the Free Character Move service and move their dead character to a non-Hardcore Classic Era realm.”
So, basically anybody who is intending to create a new character on a non-HC Classic Era Realm can easily just roll on a HC realm, then troll a group of players in a dungeon by wiping them, and bang! They have their character where they intended to roll anyway, and some “fun” to go along with it.
