11.05 removes RSK extra reset chance on Ancient Concordance talent. This means we have 25% less RSK’s per fight. It really breaks fistweaving for raids and it was already underpowered.

Just sucks we lose it.
It’s nowhere near underpowered. Especially on Brood or Court.
