Why does blizzard not nerf venthyr rouges already. You know its a problem when a venthyr rouge can 1 shot a prot warrior with shield wall up and has a healer on him. rouges are always annoying but I never had them 1 tap me before. them having the ability to tap people from 60k-0 hp with a 50% dmg reduction is kinda of stupid. Im not saying nerf rouges, they just need reworked. (Don’t get me wrong other classes need a nerf just as bad as rouges. like venthyr arms and pallys and convoking druids.)
Sounds like PvP happened.
Can any Rogues confirm that they’re able to do 120k damage in 4 seconds, ST

No it’s not possible in Arena, you could come close in an RBG with the enrage buff you can pick up.
It’s always funny when Rogues get a slight buff everyone loses their mind. Beyond ironic when it’s a Warrior posting, they’re one of the most toxic classes in PvP right there with Ret Paladins.
Flagellation can do about 20k damage if they use no defensives and you’re able to make full use of it with close to 25-30 stacks. In order to deal that much damage you have to use all 12 seconds and about 5ish seconds of setup before that. You absolutely did not get ‘one tapped’, you simply let the Rogue get set up for a huge Flagellation and allowed him to use the entire duration of the debuff which caused your death.
You’re also a Prot Warrior, there is absolutely no way a Rogue can solo kill you that quickly with a Shield Wall up. I don’t understand why people exaggerate this much, do you think people will sympathize with you more?

Let’s say you have 50k hp as a warrior. Let’s say the sub rogue opens with everything and do 5-6k dps (unlikely in pvp). You will die in less than 8-10 sec. Meaning you stood there and did not do anything about it. This is the best case scenario.

hw is it a troll post. OBV you are going to defend like everyone else cause you’re a rouge main. just cause you cant cause you’re sh1t at the game doesnt mean someone with 215 ilvl and that knows their class cant do it. i run into them to much in 1400-1600 rating so get off that ITS MY SPEC ITS NOT OP Sh1t it is. If you get one shot because the rogue has gone through a serious of set up + go all offensive on you. Meaning he only got one chance to one shot you or he will lose if he missed that chance because he has no more damage or defensive after that. Its a fair trade off as WW monk, RET, Fire mage all could do it. It is called pre-planned set up for kill.
The better idea is Buff Rogue damage and add utility skills.
Absolutely didnt happen. Even with zerker and a saltwater your not dieing through shield wall to that rogue solo. Popping every single cd + proc trinket + orc racial + single dance (hardly anyone runs this) cs flag ss evis mark evis is 52k at 206ilvl on a pve dummy. Gonna be less in pvp fam you are full of it. I dont need to kno tanks take more damage in pvp if he popped shield wall he negated it.

Sub rogues going way back to vanilla have almost always been able to either 1- or 2-shot even plate wearers when their cooldowns are ready to pop. And honestly, dude, your gear isn’t all that great. Chances are you just got ganked by a really good sub (possibly sin) rogue in much higher gear.
