I mean, somewhat? Not directly as a Waycrest or a Proudmoore, but my Worgen’s family here is one of the minor houses underneath the Waycrest banner.
Though I imagine it wouldn’t be hard to be a cousin or part of a branch family of one of the main houses. (Edit for TYPOS.)
