This issue just started effecting my rogue today, Mekgyver-Moonguard. When i enter stealth, the action bar does not change to my stealth bar, and i’m do not get combo points. This is absolutely annoying. The combo points do display and are usable after killing the first mob, but then I’m not earning them on the next mob. Seems like blizz hasn’t made a response to this as of yet. Removing addons did not fix this.

I am having the same issues as well. Stealth bar not changing and unable to generate combo points.
Excellent summary. I am experiencing all these issues. Exiting game and re-entering does not help. (It did help temporarily a few weeks ago when I was having problems 1 and 2 on my warrior).
Edit: It seems I am only having the problem in Zuldazar, which I left because it is impossible to play with these issues. Playing in Tiragarde Sound issue free.
Edit2: For anyone playing a class that isn’t crippled by these effects, and just 1 and 2 are the problem, if you want to play in spite of the issues, you just need to right click off your mount buff and the “you cant do that while mounted” will go away. Or add a mount cancel aura in your main attack macro and forget about it.
I appear to have found my own personal fix.
The ONLY way I have found to fix this is to literally restart my computer. Blizz, fix this bug so I don’t have to restart my computer every 2 hours…
The only problem I noticed was action bar not switching when entering stealth. I run completely add-on free. I was in Westfall. I tried relogging and that didn’t fix it. Came here and read that relogging in a rested area worked for someone. I hearthed back to Stormwind and it fixed itself before I relogged again. I didn’t have to relogg a second time.
Happened again. This time I didn’t bother hearthing to a rested area. Instead I logged out right where I was when it broke, logged into a different character, and logged back onto the Rogue. That’s all it took to fix it this time.
Having this issue, again! Why the f u c k has blizzard not responded to this? Nothing I do will let me attack from stealth. Reloaded game, shut down computer, disabled all addons. Same issue. Fix your shi t, Blizzard.

This perfectly describes the issues I’ve been having while trying to level my rogue for the past week. Would really like this fixed it is very frustrating.
This bug just happened to me while trying to do a world quest. Described just as others have experienced on this thread. Extremely frustrating.
I’m experiencing the exact same thing that everyone else has described. It really pisses me off. I’m now at the point that I don’t even stealth unless I absolutely have to. What’s the point of having a rogue that doesn’t stealth because the game becomes a pain in the gonads to play?

This was happening to me literally every 5 minutes. I disabled shadow unit frames which was out of date which fixed the problem. Twitch was showing the unit frames up to date but in game was saying they were out of date.
This is EXACTLY what i’m experiencing on my rogue. Lack of steath action bar, combo points not visible (or usable) until mob dies, mount not showing up.
I’m also in Stormsong right now, on the north west by the naga camps.
The combo points not updating has been an issue that I’ve been having since Legion and that’s an interface bug that happens after an in game cinematic or such and doing /reload has been fixing that for me.
My real problem is that my stealth abilities pop up when I’m in the middle of combat and stops me from doing not stealth abilities which is PRETTY much how outlaw rogues roll and I can’t find anything that would have changed that, started at the beginning of Shadowlands
