So i have 5/5 points in camouflage talent and it reduces the cooldown of stealth to 5 seconds. However if i log in from previously being stealth or sometimes zoning into instances my stealth cooldown is put to 10 seconds

This bug has been around since launch.
I’ve reported it numerous times.
No dice.
Also, supposedly, if you unstealth by taking fall damage (such as jumping down AB cliff), the cooldown is also incorrectly 10 seconds.
