So. An update.
After continually trying to push the issue, I have been brick-walled once again.
The best I can say is that I did get a GM to admit this issue is known about, and has been for some time. But the only advice given was âTry playing another character classâ
The long and short of it is this.
Blizzard know and do not care. They will not spend money fixing it, because it will not make an immediate profit if they do so.
Wow is like a drug. It has addicts. And just like a drug dealer, Blizzard are aware they can sell âdirtyâ product and the junkies will still come flocking.
They have made that ABUNDANTLY clear to me during this whole sagaâŚ

At the end of the day, they do not care. People will pay to play regardless, and if you stop playing they couldnât care less. Itâs just one less person out of millions.
They have been VERY clear about this.
This entire expac is ******⌠From nodes and chests spawning in walls, or floating in the air, To stealth issues, to bosses not spawning in dungeons⌠(Algethar academy, Bird boss) to the bug with the dragonshard buff not applying. (BTW to fix this, do the quest chain again on an alt and get the âAccount wideâ buff AGAIN, worked for me)
There is not a single thing about this expansion that was tested, It is the quality one would expect from a team of 5 people given a weekend to make a game.
Seriously⌠Eldevin online is FREE, and is of FAR higher quality than DragonFailâŚ
And I hate that game, but at least their devs make an effort to fix things, and actually acknowledge bug reports⌠WoW devâs donât even read these forums⌠Bug reports? Whatâs that?

Hey there I read your thread and I may (???) be able to help.
I talked to some a lot GMâs this week and i have no idea if Blizz did something on thier end but my issues are resolved and I can no longer Replicate the bug.
However, I did one thing before my stealth bug resolved - i used a console command to reset all my CVARSâs (I have no idea why this might help but its worth a try.)
/console cvar_default (Please google this before using it. it resets variables, some of which are not available in the standard UI.)

An UD rogue found out that if touch of the grave procs off poisons or bleeds itâll pop you out of stealth. That doesnât explain other races though as it happens to me often and only rogue not feral.
(Written before seeing others weighing in on ToTG bug).

Did you see the incense & stealth bug? Maybe that could explain some of it?

if you go near incense while stealth when you get the inspiration buff, you instantly de-cloak, by getting into itâs radius, 100% of the time. itâs a very cheap and effective hunter flare that rogues wonât see if you hide it in a bush or in a box.

Can this be used in regular BGâs and WPvP to give an enemy the buff and de stealth them?
i donât see why you couldnât do it honestly, nothing else i could test it tomorrow.
Hey you may be onto something. I used to get thrown out of stealth constantly but I reset my cvars a few weeks ago because of another issue and I havenât had stealth broken since then that I can recall.
Same. Iâll be at least 100 yards from any enemy and i just pop out of stealth multiple times, i check combat log and nothing is there and im not in combat so i can just restealth. then i come out again. bah

My guess is. This isnât an easy issue for QA to reproduce or for developer to fix so they are not making it a high priority when it is clearly a game breaking bug.
In the mean time they will do easy âfixesâ like stealth nerfing outlaw combo point generation so they can appear to be âproductiveâ to the managers. I hope these people get the Meta/Google/Amazon/MS ânerfâ bat soon. Itâs coming!!!

New Day, New Test.
I dueled a friend, after giving them the stick, had them hide and i came back and stealthed around to find them. did not get the buff since i was hostile.
It only works as a detriment to your own team. Incense is considered a ally buff of whoever drops it, so in wpvp. bg,arena, all you would be doing is de-cloaking your protection. so no real use to use it other than for crafting⌠Or for trolling rogues on your team i guessâŚ

Ive had it happen very random times like in an arena no dots on me I try to sap and start auto attacking the enemy?? Sometimes it seems when first going stealth it immediately breaks to nothing then I have to press stealth again⌠its really annoying
