hey Falk you missed the good stuff…haters hated on me for pointing out that blizzard rng…isnt RNG its whatever blizzard feels like giving you…its literally not regulated at all… so when you /roll… ROFL its not a true regulated roll
What are you trying to say? That the State gaming commission would regulate a /roll in a videogame? Like rolling dice on a crap table…it’s mostly random luck (some skill involved but when you’re caught, you get banned from the casino).
There’s nothing in WoW that’s remotely connected to real money gambling. Nor anything that would be regulated.
There is no gaming regulations involved.
Blizzard owns the game and determine how anything works within. We just pay for access to their servers. Where in all that would involve outside regulators?
