Is this level 53 shaman your main? Because it’s abundantly clear that you have absolutely no clue what you’re talking about. Yes, you could absolutely be spamming healing wave in a pinch if it’s a 1.2s cast time, especially if you’re Necro.
Dude, it’s not fulfilling the same purpose. 10 seconds of 50% faster casting is much better than being forced to weave in Chain Lightning to get a single instant cast. In essence you are not gaining anything in a situation where you need to be chain casting healing spells.
Chains is so much worse than spiritwalkers and it really exposes your lack of knowledge that you think they are similar.
To respond to your initial statement, spiritwalkers is actually one of the best legendaries in game at dealing with prideful, and is a very strong legendary choice
