No she’s pointing out in the political rise of 1930s Germany that propaganda made it so that your average citizen was involved or numb to it when the government finally pulled the trigger. Much like labeling conservatives domestic terrorists and purging wrong thinkers from the military surrounding dc. Funny thing about history is those that control education can teach it how they see fit.
