No, it doesn’t work when facing rogues and feral druids.
If you want you can share me your btag and we can go find and duel a rogue in-game and I can show you why its not working.

So we found out, it initially removes poisons and diseases like normal, but reapplies the debuff immediately if getting hit by a Rog with crippling poison, it will show the debuff but reduce it to 0% once mousing over.
No testing on feral druids and DKs if they follow the same fashion of showing that it reduces to 0%, but thank you for helping Excalibur!
Actually, it still doesn’t prevent the poison and disease effect tho. Once sanc drops the effects can still be on the player if not dispelled and jump back up to its full effect of slowing/healing reduction etc
