Whats the example there? The quest starts at 30. Why would they need to remove it in classic era where max level is 60?

If they wanted to do that then they should have put in the bare minimum amount of effort in doing their jobs. Even a 1 min wowhead search tells me that crusader orb drops outside of strath.

I pay 100+ a month to cox and hope that they get hit by a meteor.
This was a non-issue. Please don’t waste time on non-issues.
The only people who would spend hours farming this enchant are already 8/8 sunken temple and just want to parse.
The 99% of us who aren’t going to waste our time on this - largely think it’s cool that the sweaty people have something to farm to pump a bit harder.
Quality of life improvements that would have been better, given that this is a season (limited time) version of the game - and taken a comparable amount of development time:
- Runecloth bag pattern alternate source
- 100% increased kill rep for Timbermaw rep kills
- AGI food winter squid migrated to colder waters for the summer (winterspring) rather than being gone
- buffing the sub 1% drop rate on dungeon epics, etc. etc.
Id say a utility, which is critical for everything that operates your home, and often your work space, is a bit different than a video game.
But again… seeing how this conversation is going… it makes sense youd compare entertainment with a critical piece of lifes infrastructure.

It’s a level 40 quest you can complete at 30. Here we have a level 60 mob you can kill at 50.
There are some hard level restrictions in Classic, but generally it’s “if you can do it, go for it”. Bumpers and padding are all over in SoD, and it’s out of place.
Im acute and I’m arguing because of two reasons. First, no one actually thinks camping that npc was good gameplay. All it takes is more people to offset the “dodge, parry, miss, resist” simulator. Second, it’s fun innit?

The key difference being, there was no cap in Classic, so if you could, then do it.
You understand in SoD, since they did decide to cap it… they wanted to pick and choose what fits into each phase.
Therefore, you cant really compare it to classic… If you have a problem with it you probably shouldnt have played SoD tbh.
The most I see is the FCC releasing a statement 6 months ago saying that they think it should be a utility. Internet is 100% NOT treated as a utility in my state.
Guess you wouldn’t know that since your mother pays for your internet.
