Lock has gotten helm and pants over and over, not a single set of gloves in weeks. It happens. It sucks, but it does happen. I also have tens of thousands of kills (not a typo) on Rivendare and have no stupid horse.
PVP for one, <1hr, easily doable in the downtime between storms, after getting 2 cores… lightly dust in the quest and the event in Temporal and boom, 2 upgrades in… 4 hours, with time to afk and bingewatch Netflix, get lunch, -and- get a shower… even more time if you eat lunch in the shower while watching Netflix.

I stopped farming it… and got mine from a leveling dungeon on a millionth alt.
The happy, but level of rage from the amount of clears I did just for the mount on my main.
But also that was my luck with the HH mount. Took me 12 years, 30+ toons a day… Now if invincible would drop… that would be great.

2 years ago, I took my friend in one of my countless runs for the week. It was her first time EVER running it.
The freaking mount dropped for her…

Before I got mine, she would mount hers just to taunt me xD
All my characters… with both rabbits feet, I’ll try anything.
A friend ran Sethekk Halls heroic, not knowing there was even a mount… instadrop…
Another, ran whatevertheheck the raid is in Uldum (Cata content), I forget the name and can’t be bothered looking it up… her first run in the raid… mount dropped… 3 of us rolled, newbie got it, never farmed another mog in the raid since…

though if I had a friend with Rivendare’s and they did that, I’d probably not be their friend for long… not after the history I have with that dungeon… the current dungeon-is-broke is a blessing… it means I can’t farm it even if I was bored enough to try it again right now lol
I’ve considered stacking the lucky feet, and a lucky shirt too, hell running around with… whatsit… Pandaria’s luck potion even though it doesn’t “work” outside of Pandaria, etc… roflmao

Yikes, that was actually my first “rare” mount. Got it in a week thankfully. Oh poor young ignorant me didn’t know any better back then haha.

Yeah Strat service entrance aka Strat Dead side’s gate ports you in to the Main gate, aka live side… because Blizzard sealed the gate between the two a few xpacs ago, the only way to get into Strat Dead at this time is via dungeon queues on level
