Everything else was expected and fine.
This nerf is not though. Seriously, are you guys actually allergic to fun? You just destroyed decimation, and now you saw it fit to do the same to unlimited power?
If not 3%, at least make it 2%, Jesus Christ.
Or actually, do this:
1% for each msw spent. At least it would be more acceptable, and wouldn’t overly favor storm. Maybe even reduce to 0.5% but still based on msw stacks spent.
They should just replace it with something actually good. Unlimited Power was never that great when it was a regular talent and it’s basically pointless when it’s just 1% haste.
Make it 1% haste for each msw spent.
It will still slightly favor storm, but not by a lot. It would work a LOT better for elementalist though.
If 1% is too strong reduce it to 0.5%, or whatever.
In fact i don’t know why they haven’t done it like this.
