hold that premade stacker
you can still stack up to 5 and get fast matches whats so hard about that mr “This is an mmo”
How about a lobby system like from earlier wc/sc? You make your premade lobby, and ppl can join the opposing team if they want. I see premades on sc2 all the time and people play against them or don’t as they choose.
I don’t think anyone’s attached to the fantasy of the bg faction needing the next ten warriors asap. Win trading would be as obvious and bannable as ever.
Dude. I think -you- don’t know. Its literally just attacking a person instead of their position. This includes things as simple as name calling. Yikes.
It sounds like most people just don’t want to play in premades then, which means this was the correct change to make.
I didn’t attack you… I stated what you are, are you not upset and resentful that the premade changes happened? You made a lengthy post about, which shows you’re clearly upset about the issue, because you aren’t praising it.
Are you okay? Did you drop out of school at 6 or something? Home schooled? <— this is ad hom
So again, I’ll repeat myself… You 100% don’t know what an ad hom is.
It’s not so much whether I think it’s acceptable or not, it’s more of an oh well too bad so sad kind of a thing.
Seems full premades for the sake of fighting other premades actually just aren’t popular. So not ideal for you personally but better for the over all gameplay experience in BG’s.
This new queue system is delightful! No more getting stomped by meta stacked premades 9 times out of 10. Finally just random groups versus random groups where the win rate is closer to 50%.
I love 3 hunter groups tho
Words can not express how immensely satisfying it is to see the pendulum swing and watch the premade players get gas lit for having a grievance after literal years of dealing with them. That sweet sweet ratio…
stop premading you cheaters
I think a lot of you are being willfully obtuse by saying “well since no one is queueing premades, then premades must not like playing premades.”
Everything had to do with convenience - premades were the most covienient and efficient way of grinding to exalted. The way rep works you get 33 rep for a loss(1 token worth 1/3 of a 100 rep turning) and 205 rep for a win. It’s simple.
The second major factor is time. If queuing for a premades takes 90 minutes, but you can get an instant queue with a 4-5 man group, what do you think is going to happen?
People are going to gravitate towards what’s easier and what’s more convenient and faster.
Yes, I played a ton of premades, no I didn’t care if I faced another premade - I won probably 75% of those games.
Sure, facing a Pug was easier, but it doesn’t matter in the end, people just want to play the game, and sitting in a queue for 90 minutes is bad for the game.
I am not surprised that the premade queues are long right now, people mostly only premade for rep/honor. Most people are exalted now, and although technically you can grind honor to start ranking, the pve andys dont care much about rank 5 for the trinket.
I think the pve andy LFG premades were the bulk of the premades queueing.
Guess we will see what queues are like at 40 when every comes back to play the phase. I think premade queues will be quick with so many people farming the AB rep.
Or…premade queues will be long, which will indeed show that people only did premades to farm pugs for rep/honor because premade v premade games are typically not quick or easy rep/honor.
Yes, pugs can deal with 5 stacks even if a good 5 stack potentally has the advantage.
I’ve come short of beating 10 stacks with perfect comps with pugs but we simply could not win in the end verses 3 priest, then a mix of Shaman, Mages, and Balance Druids along with a Hunter for the buff and sometimes a warrior or rogue. The 3 priest alone just heal for a crazy amount, then the mages healing while they dps along with the other casters that can offheal is just insane and 2 much in SoD.
When you are limited to 5 mans it’s not nearly as bad. They can queue as healers and casters still sure, but the other 5 could be melee and balance it out more.
But ggs, you ruined someone else’s experience. Congrats.
Only you and your friends did that, your “experience” was crushing others who had no/little chance to fight back from the start. Now yo found out how many people dislike you for ruining the game for them.
PvP tears. Mmmmmm…
dogfighting
In the sense of a bunch of junk yard dogs mindlessly fighting each other, sure I guess.
I will say that the pubstomp has been an improvement for me in terms of rep per hour. When you queue in with a 5-man, you almost always win, but you never run into enemy premades anymore so there’s no poison pill anymore - its all upside. Granted, I enjoyed 10v10 but since that’s gone I guess what’s left in WSG is a fast new way to get rep for my alts.
Then join a pre-made in the massively MULTIPLAYER game.
I am trying to meet people in the BG from other servers! Its wild to want to meet people in an MMO eh?
But Lazarak said it wouldn’t matter…
It doesn’t. I’m still graveyard camping as a 5 man because I can’t fight full premades as small group instead
There probably just aren’t many people queuing the day before a new phase.
Not many people playing yes I’m running into the same ppl over and over
I don’t know why OP even made this thread. Nobody is playing wsg rigut now they are prepping next phase.
I didn’t care if I faced another premade
" I didn’t care if I faced another premade"
Then why did premades let the other one win after the first score?
The one thing you’re being ignorant to here is the simple fact that if you have a 90 minute queue it’s because nobody actually enjoys that.
Long queues = people aren’t queueing
People aren’t queueing because they don’t like premades.
They should remove them entirely at this point.
“There’s nobody queueing for WSG right now” False. My solo queues were INSTANT all night long.
Suffer well
