Discussion in title, this change was just not good, splinter simply should not have been nerfed, especially for enhance.
Find something else to nerf if it’s necessary.
If I had to guess this nerf was likely driven by the addition of haste buff added to ascendance.
Plus flash of lightning lowering the CD of Pwave basically is a steady and consistent 20% buff which is just a lot.
It makes sense why they did this. Fun? No Needed? Probably

The thing is, enhance got caught in the crossfire for no reason.

Oh, good point. I missed that part, Yeah they may want to revisit that then. I’m not up on all the enhance changes
Its kinda a reverse situation of Ele’s Tempest getting hit by nerfs clearly aimed at Enhance.
