With Season 4 coming about it’s time to reverse the damaging changes made to frost mage game play 9.2 patch.
Obviously this is a borrowed power issue brought on by concerns with the tier piece bonus.

No no, we stick to our knee jerk nerfing structure and ruin specs because of random one off videos that only the top .1% can even pull off

Just google 9.2 patch notes. I think they did a bit more to the CDR than just the .5 to .25.
Remember it’s not the damage tuning that’s the issue. It’s the destruction of game play issues.
