Same issue here in revendreath. just the game black all addons , chats and bars visible. Since last patch
Happens in Nazjatar as well. Revendreath is worse but it’s happening in both places for me since the last patch

Update: this appeared to solve the problem for me.
Still Black screen randomly or in Revendreth and sometimes Torghast. Can still see all frames, Bars, maps etc!!! Been this way since patch. No response from Blizzard

This is something we are aware of and looking into. Swapping to DirectX 11 has helped as a workaround for this issue. Thank you for your continued patience while this is worked on.

My screen was black, as soon as I move the frame, it will blackout. switching to DX11 seems to lighten the burden. I have an above-average computer.
06/08/2021 and this bug is still apparent. at least 3 months and no solution from Blizz other than to downgrade my own graphics

So that was a lie? Its the end of august and its still an issue while in rivendreth. I see indie devs with zero cash flow care more about taking care of their customers than i have this xpac from bliz

This is still an issue eve months later. I get the same images on my screen while doing dailies in revendreth and I have directx11.
