could not care less.
your steadfast, outright refusal to listen to your players has turned me off from every other shiny bauble you think you can dangle in front of us.
Everyone from WF raiders to Delve/LFR Andy’s are telling you this is dumb. And yet here you are, entrenched in your indefensible position because backing away from it would what? cause you to lose face? admit you were wrong? what’s the problem?
You know what the worst part is? You’re shafting players who pay you to play all season. who hang around after things get stale. who work to get CE late in a season (or just prog mythic all season to see how far they can get). You’re saddling them with the choice of “do I spend my chip on a heroic item that may or may not help my group get over the hump and kill a boss (even tho it’s only marginally better than the myth or crafted item I already have), OR wait and see if we can do it and get that same item on myth track (where it’s actually a REAL upgrade), because at least then that will help more on the next boss/next tier?” you may think that’s an interesting choice, but it isn’t. it’s a frustrating one. and no one aside from that mythic midcore group is having to make it. Why shaft anyone when you don’t have to? Why??

The contempt this company has for heroic raiders is so funny to me. Hey everyone gets Heroic items but if you heroic raid you get nothing because Mythic raiders are insecure children! Maybe make Mythic raiding not miserable and actually make changes to the terrible lockout system people would actually care to run the content and it wouldnt be dying!

Yea but they were always in meme seasons and required nothing. You didnt even need to raid to buy items from them and upgrade them to full 14/14 mythic level.
I agree Blizz needs to work on improving mythic raid interest since it’s historically a big pillar of endgame, but giving out easy BIS gear isnt it. It just devaluates the mythic raid and makes it a meme. We’re already getting a stacking weekly damage/healing raid buff and item level going up by 6 mid season. How much easier do they need to make it. It will turn into AoTC level of ease soon enough going this route.

the top raiders in the world could care less about other peoples gear and what they get. they play with each other anyway. doesn’t affect them or their ego at all. unlike the posers here

Check this guys profile, no AOTC, no 12s timed, no mythic bosses cleared. Ok starting to make sense why he has some of the worst takes I’ve ever seen.
And yet I’m not the one constantly asking for more gear in easier formats.
My guild just started Gallywix prog last week, we raid once a week. I don’t put raid because I only raid with my guild.
Have had some unfortunate time in 12s, most recently was yesterday in a 12 Cinderbrew we were on track to time and then the bees werent destroying barrels when we launched them, one actually launched me with the bee into a pack of mobs we skipped.
I have never, and probably will never mythic raid because it does not appeal to me. I only raid heroic as a guild function as is.
23/40 of the raid options are weapons. Current bis for pretty much every spec is a crafted weapon. There’s a storyline quest that takes 10 minutes to do and gives you a free hero crest. For non-CE raiders, 23 of the options are just DOA
