Im looking for advice from players that had a really old account recovered, like 20 years ago old. How did you go about recovering your account? I’ve been trying to recover my original account from 20 years ago and after that much time I don’t have anything but what I can remember about my account and characters. I keep getting the standard “we need more information” response. How did you recover your account? Any tips or advice on getting someone to actually help?
