in my opinion NO. anything is better way to get your pets up than the cel. tourny that’s the toughest pet content no exceptions. and once u get it done x10 there is no good reason to go back to it.

Note that there are a lot of pet people that are into it for the Gotta-Catch-'Em-All thing, where we’re more interested in having lot of pets than the dreary PvP stuff. OCD maybe, but more enjoyable than facing same meta teams over and over.

Celestial Tournament was challenging, and sometimes maddening, but was major Feelgood moment when you finally finished it.

Is it worth going back and doing the Celestial tournament too?

No. There are things that can still be purchased with Celestial Coins, but they’re overpriced. Any pet battle that rewards charms, for instance, will give you enough charms to buy a Pet Treat; you don’t need to go beat the Celestial Tournament three times to get one.
