Coming back into the game recently after almost a 2yr hiatus and I am getting my a** handed to me with some of these new quests I’ve got!
I’m a lvl60 Warlock with item lvl at 150 or so. Been running the I Am the Blade of the Light quest and up to the part where I have to slay Vorath, and I legit die in minutes without doing much to his health. What am I missing? Has item levels been upped significantly? please forgive my ignorance if they have, it’s been a long while!
ilvl 150 is about starter level for 60, so you’ve got lots of room to improve. Current ilvls for the higher end content are in the high 200s.
Check the AH for some gear upgrades if you’ve got a bit of gold to spare. The crafted BoEs now go up to 266 I think. They may not be worth the gold, but some of the lower tier crafted stuff (233?) is pretty cheap on a lot of servers.
