I boosted a shaman on my return, they are nothing like i remember but still seem fun. I plan on being resto so what do i need to do to be efficient and good? Also i’ll be looking for a guild (A)

To be good you need to read, read, ignore the jerks, play, tell people you’re new and do you best to gear up.
Read stuff in the Shaman forum. Most classes have a player run discord and/or website and that will be listed there.
Read Guides online - icy-veins.com and wowhead.com both have decent guides.

When you join group activities, tell people you’re new because a new guy making obvious mistakes is OK whereas a perceived experience player doing the same things is a total jerk.
