I originally submitted a ticket 10 months ago, and I have continued to resubmit it every two months in an effort to get help with the hidden Paladin artifact weapon appearance. Despite this, I have not received any meaningful assistance, and my last submission was several months ago.
I have completed all the required steps, yet when I go to the Clock Tower in Hearthglen (Western Plaguelands), the book titled “Grand Inquisitor Isillien’s Journal” is not present where it should be. I have visited this location approximately 200 times and have waited for hours on multiple occasions, but the book has never appeared.
At this point, it strongly appears that this is bugged for my character. Could you please advise on what I can do to resolve this issue? So far, the only responses I have received have been generic messages stating that nothing can be done and directing me to search for articles, which has not been helpful in resolving the problem.
