In Midnight, we will unlock all lower difficulty transmog when acquiring any normal, heroic, or mythic tier set appearance. This will work retroactively on all tier sets you have collected.
I have not seen any news on it, but I really would like to see this apply to PvP as well for those that have unlocked Elite appearances in a season. There are several seasons that I have collected the elite appearance but was unable to collect all gladiator pieces for some classes. Some of the more recent gladiator/conquest sets can no longer be purchased after the season ends. This feels like a common sense change that would pair well with the upcoming transmog changes in Midnight
Just want to follow up on this, has there been any update on retroactive for conquest sets? Would love to know this before I try to farm a bunch of conquest since I already got elite set this season
Cant you get every glad set once a season ends?..it’s the elite sets that have the season limit.
Gladiator set? Yup, but only once the current expansion ends, not season. So while for this season it’s less of a big deal once Midnight launches. So for Midnight S1/S2 gladiator sets, you’d have to wait until The Last Titan before you could just buy the ensemble with marks of honor.
So that kind of begs the ask here: if you hit Elite, it would be nice to get all of the gladiator pieces unlocked with it as well.
