Yep just got this as well on Area-52… then got a server full message and stuck on loading the realms now. I have had no issues since early launch started up to now.
This is mad scary right now. Now it says i have none of my toons
They just acknowledged the issue on Twitter and state they are looking into it and no info yet.

Got disconnected and then now it is stuck retreiving.
Same. Sometimes mine gets stuck on realm list but now I am stuck on the character list as well
Seems everyone is having these issues. Except what’s funny is I got disconnected and cannot log in/retrieve realm/ and have to resign in to get disconnected while my husband is off picking pet battles with no issues 
The error codes are (WOW)51900324 and (WOW)51900309
