I don’t mind either those choices.
But if it ends up being season 2, it’d be nice if the cleave HoW would spawn Blessed Hammer too that count toward DA.
(1 hammer to 5 target = 5 DA stack with 5 BH hitting 5 target going to 25 stack instantly)
I’d love to change my gameplay in season 4 to consistently have DA proc in AoE each time I use HoW once.
Just saying.

were talking about 5-8 seconds out of that 23 seconds that nets u a kill, again you go for this consistent dmg argument, u dnt care about the 23 seconds because thats outside of ur Execution sentence window, but no you focus on ur DISPELLABLE trash dot, that does equivalent dmg OUTSIDE of your kill window, your trash at pvp, stay out of it for your own sake.

i can both ask for FV buffs and the tier that gives me the BEST kill window all expansion in pvp. there is such a thing as having multiple wants or asks.
s2 did not buff final verdict in anyway so please go and troll elsewhere you sound like that lvladen guy who does not have a clue to play ret just button mashes and hopes for the best and hojs dps so the healer can dispell it

FV is a holy power spender last i checked.
S1 ret set is a flat +15% increase to final verdict so if you had any clue you would have voted for season 1
Your point gets even less valid when you reduce the amount of time, work on that math. If you are only throwing 2 hammers its 22k extra damage, who is that killing, a critter? If you want to bake it into ES its even LESS DAMAGE, 7k, lol 7k extra damage that can be seen coming from space.

on paladins burst rotation which involves divine toll and HoW greatly, in a 5-8sec window heck even for longer, keeping judgement debuff up for every single FV is free, it may as well be baseline in that window and thats the window where u have CC on the healer and are going for kill. outside of that your just setting up, pushing for a out of place defensive. its not as cut and dry as hitting a dummy, dummy.
If you use your hoj properley and track cds they are dead before the healer leaves the 4 sec stun no cleave required
