I donât give an aerial rodentia hindquarters what they do to ret in PvP, but just leave the PvE numbers alone. My main has always been a ret and weâve been a crap spec forever. We we all know baby Ion was traumatized by a ret somewhere in his past and weâve taken it in the shorts since he became Daddy Blizz. Just give us a few moments in the sun, before we go back to last 10% in 10.1.

Well that was fun, all anyone could talk about before server reset is the ret nerf.
Because their damage isnât overly superior in PVE.
Itâs a notch to high which is why they are taking it a notch down.
If youâre talking in PVP then youâre barking up the wrong tree.
If their target was PVP with those nerfs they would have done them in PVP only as they usually do.

Let me get this straight, we are taking servers down for an hour in order to apply a 3% damage reduction to a single class. And why couldnât this wait until maintenance day next week?

Oh boohoo a warrior isnât PvP meta for 3 seconds. Relax Ret sits in irrelevance for years. So much so that in previous seasons you could straight up ignore the Ret paladin because their damage was just not worth looking at. So sit down be a good little girl and let another class be relevant for a time.

It really is heartbreaking watching whats been done over the years Ret. You finally act like its time for a change, only to stomp them into the dirt. Youâre making them worse then they already were. Why is it that the same few specs dominate the brackets season after season and awc after awc. I wish they would fire the entire department and start over. You guys are killing this game. Horrible. Ret needs improvements not nerfs.

Yeah makes no sense to me why nerf them in pve, does it really affect anyone if their overperforming a bit. I suppose it could hurt LFG mythics if people want a ret but i donât think theyâre at the status.
PvP its a completely different story, because itâs directly affecting other peoples desire to play the game. Other dps doesnât want to queue, healers donât want to queue for 3-3 games, healers not wanting to queue extends SS queue timeâŚjust not a lot of positives about it for the pvp community as a whole.
Ret aside blizz needs to look at rsham, probably the easiest best healer to play right now by a large margin. Fist weaver probably also needs an adjustment but I feel like its more a ret being strong and prevelant thing than a monk thing, since fw hasnât really changed.

I mean, itâs pretty clear theyâre just here to rile up people through lies and deceit. They claim to be blocking people but I canât find a single block option and last I see, itâs still on the âto doâ list for the forums. Granted thatâs such a minor thing but if youâre going to lie about such a simple thingâŚ
Also the fact that ya know, they havenât presented a single piece of evidence outside of attacking people instead.

Oh nice a 25% damage nerf, oh wait that was enh shamans, my bad.
Wish Shamans got to run around and enjoy their power like all the rets that shot up in solo shuffle like rockets and got their gladiators, must be nice.

Maybe one day blizzard will learn that balancing Ret around being a high burst and short cooldown spec just doesnât work and only leads to issues. They are either too strong or too weak and the middle ground is never found during PTRâs because the Devâs never listen to feedback. The same can be said for other specs too that they try to make function in a similar power style.

I find it hilarious all the PVP clowns in here not knowing why Ret is actually killing them. They are comical in thinking that itâs somehow Avenging Wrath, you arenât dying to 15% damage and crit. You are dying being hit with basically 3 finishers at once in Final Verdict + Divine Arbiter + Divine Storm, thatâs what you should be calling for nerfs on, and in PVP only.
