I hear dwarf racial puts trinket on CD? How bad is it. I heard human racial is much better?
Using either the racial or the trinket puts the other on a cooldown for 30 seconds if they’re both fresh and ready to go. If one of them is already on a cooldown when you activate the other, there is no change (as in no time increase).
