Ret nerfs when?

It’s impossible to even reliably purge bop or freedom with greater purge. Also the only real class that would spam purge is mage.

Again, not every ret plays with a druid and druid having so many hots to protect against purge is a unique strength for them. That’s a good thing

I’m telling you that’s not how it goes in arenas. There’s a million trash buffs and you can’t even reliably purge bop or freedom with gpurge (what I said the first time)

No there really aren’t… unless you like play with a druid.

And regardless rng can be nice and you purge it off on the first press.

Not everything needs to be fool proof

Power Word Fortitude, Renew, Power Word Shield, Shield speed increase, prayer of mending to name a few

You underestimate my power to randomly throw games. It’s like my brain lags sometimes when my whole team is dying and I forget how to play.

Trash buffs is a common pvp term that refers to any buff outside of any extremely high impact buff like BoP. He’s not saying they’re trash, it’s just a common colloquial term.

That’s just it, it really doesn’t. Watch vanguards play. Ive seen him play games vs mage lock and played against him where he had literally 2-4 melee hits the entire game and would still top damage (different patch, obviously, but the point stands).

I think a LOT of ret players have this idea that they’re melee and need to be in melee range.

Go watch the awc series with welcome to the jungle vs left for dead. Drake is almost never in range of clapper outside of his damage windows or when he has walls. He’s literally just kiting him the entire game and that’s a huge part of why his team won.

I can tell from a lot of your comments that you haven’t figured out positioning yet. I think this is something you should try to watch out for more in your games. Just because you have a tool doesn’t mean you should use it. It’s better to line a caster and make them do nothing while hitting something else than it is to stand on something and kick them just because you have a kick. Stopping 10% of damage with kicks is way worse than stopping 100% of damage by lining.

It’s literally ~90% of the rotation and 99% of meaningful damage.

The extra bit of melee damage and cs holy power on a random final verdict isn’t going to do anything 99% of the time. It’s all about your damage rotation and wake of ashes goes. Extra melees or a 500k verdict on 10mil health pools aren’t making you win or lose games.

Yo, random question. Why do you play cheaper DP in blitz over big/long DP?

I Personally like big dp because it gives me more freedom for otber globals in the vt window and reliably allowing VT to be channeled with the mastery buff.

Is it to just ramp up a bigger collapsing void faster if stuff is stacked??

Renew has no cooldown for Disc while Holy has multiple ways to apply Renew for free.

I will say that most blitz games i dont seem to be playing teamfight. Sp usually gets sent off to do the 2v2/2v3 objectives since we are kinda insane at that.
