I deleted my Kul Tiran, but I want to restore it. Level 42. Will I still unlock heritage armor if I level it to 120?
I don’t see why you wouldn’t, as a character restore acts as if the character was never deleted, but without being 100% sure as I’ve never come across this scenario or question, I’d defer you to the folks over in the Customer Support forum. They would be able to give you an absolute answer on this.
