I long for MoP’s Chain Heal - didn’t reduce with each jump, was a beast 
Chain Heal is such a hard cast, much like Healing Rain.
I’d like to see Riptide’s initial Heal buffed, Chain Heal and Healing Rain’s cast time reduces to something like a 1.8 second cast.
IF they remove the less Healing per jump of CH, I’m more than willing to keep its 2.2 second cast.
I’d like to see Resto Shamans weapon enchantment come back too. I forget what it was called, but it increased Healing by a number amount, and sometimes left a Hot on your target. So now it could just increase Healing by 5% and leave a HoT on a target.
