Resto Sham, Havoc DH, Windwalker Monk looking for a guild!

Hey, we are a small group of buddies that have started playing right at the beginning of shadowlands. 2 of us are 3/10M Nathria but all all of us are full 10/10H. We are looking for a guild moving into 9.1 that wants to push into mythic and possibly get CE. As a group we are always on time, are active and online trying to push keys and get gear just about every day, and we are always looking to make sure we are pulling our weight. Looking up what we did wrong, knowing the mechanics, and generally trying to provide a solid benefit to the group. We are looking to raid least twice a week, our days open are Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. We can’t start before 10 EST. Open to any server, currently we are on Hyjal. Discord username is Storak#0840, message me if you think we fit what you are looking for!

Storak: Looking to main havoc DH. I can offspec to an Hpal if needed (tho would prefer not too lol). I got my Mythic clears as an Hpal and typically parse both healing and damage in the 85%+ rating. Only reason I stopped raiding is the group fell apart due to a lack of raid leads. In our search for a guild, I decided that it would be easier to find a group with a healer and 2 dps rather than 2 heals and a dps. As a result, I just swapped to DH but I am dedicated and focused on learning and always improving.

Ganthelysong: Windwalker monk main. Can offspec to unholy or frost dk if it would be preferable than monk. On my monk my parses are in the 90%+ rating. I’m still working on my dk so I don’t have a parse % right now but should in the near future.

Ripleey: Looking to main Resto Shaman but I can offspec to a shadow priest. I’m 10/10 heroic castle nathria and 3/10 mythic. On average I parse in the 85%+. The team Iwas raiding on fell apart due to the poor attendance.

[H] Impulsive is a Cutting Edge focused raiding guild started in the later end of Nyalotha progression. Our raid nights are Tuesday, Wednesday, (Optional) Thursday, from 12 A.M. - 3 A.M. E.S.T. Having started together in the last few months of Nyalotha with no real plan, the group cleared 7/12 Mythic in a small time frame and are now aiming to be completely Cutting Edge focused. Starting from the ground with experienced raiders and leadership, adding organization and a goal oriented mindset will aid us in achieving that goal. We understand, and believe in, people having and maintaining lives outside of the game. Our primarily two night a week with an optional third contributes to that. However, we take our hobbies seriously. Having a small raiding schedule is great, but comes with it’s requirements. We expect:

Individual responsibility - We’ll discuss some stuff before pulls, but it’s expected that you’ve at least previewed the fight beforehand and have an understanding of your consumable and enchant needs. We don’t have a lot of time and as much of that as possible needs to be on pulls. We help with consumables as much as possible.

Punctuality - We pull at 12 a.m. If we pug or use a bench for your spot, you’re out of that spot until that pug or bench decides to leave. With that said, communicate with us. Depending on the context depends on the answer.

Willingness to Improve / Accept Criticism - The cold reality is Mythic raiding is not for every player that logs into WoW. We understand that. We are by no mean going to be jerks to you, but we’re operating under a full visibility clause. All mistakes and performance is opened to being pointed out, for whatever detriment this causes. If people get sensitive, we work through the problem, if they can’t adapt - they don’t fit here.

A none performance related requirement is:

Integrity - I don’t care who it is. The other person behind the computer is real. We talk smack, sure, but you’re expected to treat each individual you come across with respect. Pugs in raids, discords, it doesn’t matter. I have no interest in your 100% logs if you can’t treat people with respect.

Are you three open to playing on Alliance? We’d love to have a group of players like you join, our guild shares a similar mindset and would love players like that for Heroic and Mythic raiding in 9.1.
