I get what your saying. Swiftmend or full resto spec is amazing for MT heals as u get 2 emergency buttons to save a tank. I just dont think it’s going to have the mana efficiency of the lengthy fights were going to see in BWL. A moonglow druid can spam rank 4 HT forever, and rank 5 for a good 3-4 min.
