. . . I . . . I can’t believe this . . . It doesn’t feel real and yet . . . Damn . . .
No, not Batman
I grew up watching Batman the animated series in the 90s.
He was perfect for voicing Batman. Him and Mark Hamill as Joker is iconic.
RIP
I know. I’m about to start a memorial rewatch.
Not familiar with this person at all, though I scan a post he did work with a Batman series it seemed (I hate Batman btw, dullest “hero” of them all).
But sorry to see his passing for the sake of those who care or love him.
I believe everyone deserves respect in their passing unless it’s well documented by criminal records etc. that they were a terrible person of course.
RIP the voice that will always be The One True Batman for me.
Seems it’s fashionable to be an indifferent edgelord…
Boring? Well, if my horrid anxiety is anything to go by, certainly not. Short? Yes, pretty short. I have only been alive for 18, almost 19 years so far.
Just ignore them. There’s always one who has to chime in that they don’t care. Either it complete apathy in anyone that’s not them, or just a low attempt to appear cool.
One day they will die as will, and hope they are given same respect that they give another.
Kevin went through so much because he was growing up a gay man. He watched friends die of aids. Had roles rejected because of what he was.
You can imagine having to “mask” who he is and how well that works for batman as well. Since Batman has his professional mode and the mode for when he’s alone.
That’s why he’ll always be Batman for me.
