i think resilient at +12 is perfectly fine.
let us not forget that mythic+ is meant to be a challenge mode in the game. and the +12 resil and higher is meant for people who actively work towards a higher key level not for gear but because they want to excel themselves and 12 is just the base of the summit for that effort.
