No it doesn’t! This isn’t supposed to be you. It is a fictional character.
Help me out then.
I thought the same.
I would like to make a blood elf that has no crooked hips to one side, with a beard all over the face, with short dark gray blond hair, similar to the “prince hair” option but a little shorter.
That would be representing me in the game - no, there are no such options due to a huge limitation from the blizzard team.
The OP liked Cafe’s post with swarms of his alts
Oh right. Gotcha.
Oh, so we’d need to add a LOT more than just the checkbox, right? Like what? You say “pick your physical appearance” – do you mean from the existing m/f models? Or do you mean something else. Please, by all means, get your friend and mull it over.
You’re mistaken so I’ll leave it at that. Anyone can troll me and like my post 100 times.
Series of events. Obviously, the person who did the massive amount of likes is doing it on purpose.
Not the first time I’ve seen this happen. Has happened with pro-trump threads a few months back.
Yeah all good. My bad.
Apologies.
I picked three random characters that liked the post, same battle pets. So, yeah.
All my feedback says is to add more gender-fluid options on the character creation screen. I have no desire to want to change models. I don’t even know how that would work nor does it make sense to do so.
If your pets match, it’s you.
Upvoting yourself is such a lame move. It doesn’t make you look more right, I promise you.
E: And this is directed to people in general. I’ve seen it way too many times and I have no idea why it isn’t regulated more.
By the way, this is dumb because it’s nearly impossible to display gender in game lol. If you are Trans, why on earth would you want to label your character as Trans instead of what you deem yourself in the real world anyway?
Who cares about upvotes lol. I don’t bother and whoever did it to me is just looking for attention. You’re giving in to whatever they want.
Here comes the upvotes LOL
upvote me more! Give me up to 30 please. It’s entertaining thinking i’d waste time upvoting myself
So someone has to select a gender-model (to appear as) yet irl they identify otherwise, so they click this hypothetical check box for “non-binary” or “gender-fluid”, nothing changes at all in terms of game design or interaction with the world.
I mean, unless you add more (and give details), the player will still be misidentified in game. How do you get around that?
but how does it work?
for real. If you create a male or female character … do you need to say that the female character is actually male, or that in real life you feel that way, does it need to be written somewhere?
how would that work, exactly?
do you need everyone to see or read? or do you need to have a reference, some mark or tattoo, anything else that demonstrates this? need something that catches the eye?
You’re either male or female… What other gender is there? even in the animal kingdom there are male or female. in a very small percentage there are those born with a genetic flaw that gives them both sets. there are two (2) genders only. anything else is simply a mental construct only. this is absolutely moronic.
i need a maid outfit for all my male characters
i would like a samurai armor for my characters, please, because i’m a samurai’s fluid gender non-binary with two sides on the front.
I’m so very confused on this, from a realistic point of view.
If you are trans, That means you identify yourself as the opposite sex of your birth. So if you are a born-male who is trans…can you not just make a female character? No disrespect, I seriously want to know what would make it a trans female character versus a “default” female character. You can create your own backstory.
