I’ve never been reported for anything before, a random rogue in Goldshire came to me, level 29, wanted me to duel her. I am a level 65 paladin. I won the duel, she said she was going to report me for hacking… should I be worried? I don’t see how I would get in trouble.

Reports don’t do anything to you if you didn’t do anything.
At least not a single report from a random weirdo.
Mass Reports can trigger some stuff (that likely won’t stay as a mark on your account, but can still be obnoxious until its reviewed).
Normal people aren’t getting mass reported though.
