do you really think they employ people around the clock to read your reports and act on them instantly?
every time blizzard does something to try and block their ads, they do something to circumvent it. the problem is the people willing to buy it, as long as lazy people are willing to pay for those services, as long as it continues to be profitable for spammers they will continue to spam.
