Numbers are scary.
I think we should keep more of our gold. The AH fees are getting out of control and we should be able to hire a private blacksmith to repair our gear.

just to give yall some perspective for xmas I spent a little over 1.5 mil gold on mounts and pets for my friends for gifts just cuz people know how to make money dosnt mean we dont spend it Sure I may only have like 400k right now cuz I got the best shadowlands and the cat pack off the store and like 4 months worth of tokens aswell but come on really do u really want to bring socialism into wow get real

I think people that own vendor mounts should be able to stock them and set prices and eng and BS should be able to collect the repair gold used at repair bots and such since it was their creations and work used

We can be in awe of high numbers, but imagine it being 10 platinum = 100000 = diamonds = 100000000 gold.
Get world first = 1 platinum.
It won’t help. People who are good at making gold or who enjoy making gold will make the new currency pretty quickly. Blizzard pretty much does a reset by adding 5 million mounts to the game. Wasn’t that a reset of sorts?
5 months of flipping, crafting & reposting many times a day on multiple alts… & I got my brutosaur. Once I got it, I wasn’t as aggressive and my income fell to a quarter of what it was. Next time I need to do it, I’ll do it again. Anyone can.

People always trade things. So, you can take something away because you don’t have a lot of it, or you’re not good at making it… or maybe you just think it’s bad for society.
People will come up with something else to trade. We’re basically the only animals who do this nonstop. We make tools to help us. We help each other. We trade things we make with one another.
You can’t just stop that. It is part of our species. If you take away gold we’ll trade something else! So go for it!
this is just typical human behavior. People without want what others have with as little effort as they can spend. If they cant get what they want they rather see people with what they want have it taken from them. Wars have been fought because of people like Dot Millions of people have died and suffered due to this ideal

They were merely scared on behalf of their machines.
Like how people were scared on behalf of the “new player” when worried about level cap being too high, which brought about the level squish.
Its also why it took the humans a decade to fix that park in Stormwind. They didn’t have the gold. 
What are you going to do once people start to have over 10 mill of the new concurrency? Introduce a new one?

I remember when BFA launched and there were people walking around on brutos. I was like that’s a cool dino mount until I found that vendor and was like WTF.
It brings back memories of people selling SoJs to spawn Uber Diablo. It rewarded dupers.

Blizz hasn’t stopped finding a new AP each expansion. Azerite could easily have been mined and traded as much as absorbed into my neck.
How is it that gold, lorewise, exists as an infinite resource and remains the defacto currency. Someone who actually passed Econ please elaborate, I hated that class.
