Renown is past required level to upgrade unrated pvp gear

I just hit renown 45 after a few turn ins. I go to Oribos and go to upgrade my gear, and its saying I need renown 43. I have renown 45. Why is this happening? I deleted addons. I deleted my WTF folder. Still is not working.

The toon its happening on is on area 52 its this toon.

Did you pick up the quest from your covenant to go to Oribos and talk with the PvP vendor?

i dont think i did. didnt realize i would have to to keep going but i just got on and ill check that right now! :slight_smile:
