Just reroll a new wind monk to play PVP. My renown now sitting in Lv24 but not seen anywhere else I could get more. 8 M0 raid only dropped 2 renowns. Is it possible to get renown drop from H or Normal raid by any chance?

Have you completed your covenant campaign? At some point Reknown will stop dropping and you have to do the campaign. If you’ve reached that point you are caught up and will need to quest to get more.
yes I did complete 9 chapters already 
Did you turn in the 1000 anima quest? For some reason after I turned it in on one my Alts I stopped getting renown, so I haven’t turned it in and collect renown from other activities quite often.
