Well I need the game to visually tell me how amazing/awesome I am. Without item level I’ll be left in the dark. I have to say no to this.

Only undergeared players complain about item levels. Hiding the quality of your gear won’t make you successful.

Anyway so umm gonna give you a example of why it cant go away even if it went away.
So final fantasy 11 picked up wows item levels shortly after the expansion seekers. Cause wow was successful so copy the best right…
They got to 119 and realised the issues with it. (Not a issue in wow but in the style of 11 gameplay) let me link 2 item pics and you tell me if you see the issue with removing it.

This is a 119 scythe
DMG:286 Delay:528 STR+10 INT+15 Attack+15 Magic Damage+155 Scythe skill +242 Parrying skill +242 Magic Accuracy skill +188
The skill helps with acc
Heres a 119 ( closer to 130 but still 119)
DMG:360 Delay:513 STR+15 INT+15 MND+15 Accuracy+40 Attack+55 Magic Accuracy+40 Scythe skill +248 Parrying skill +248 Magic Accuracy skill +248 “Dread Spikes” absorption +50% Additional effect: “Death” Enchantment: Non-elemental
Now with the 2nd scythe you can hit 135-150 mobs assuming you have the other gear to back it up. If you show up in 119 cause they stopped item levels but with scythe 1 you will be doing alot of wiffing.
I know this is not a wow example but this is how i know to explain it. Id assume wow would be the same your i level would be capped but the stats on the gear would just get better under said item level.
also id assume they would give all new monsters the item cap. but some the item cap wont reflect their abilitys. i lvl helps you judge what content you are ready for and what you still need to work towards.

REFlex doesn’t track the matches that you /afk from.
So your information from your addon is skewed.
A person can theoretically have a “100% win rate” by running away every time a match goes sour.
the reason for this thread necro is Alec and friends got tremkilled on in ashran last night.
Score is useless in mythic + timed runs are what count the most.

I wouldn’t really say “useless”, but at best it is the starting point, not the end point.
