Oh no agreed, it was broken beyond all belief. Solo healing stuff like Garrosh was a cakewalk thanks to it. Just mean we DID used to have alot of specs who had unusual interactions with other stats, but blizz always nerfed them, how we wound up with haste becoming what it has.

Thats why i said i agree with Life, rather then nerfing haste, give other secondaries some more wiggle room effect.
Right now you get your base stats, you sim as you gear up, and your weights change due to DR, by letting the specs again interact more with some stats, we could see the gap close much more quickly for multiple specs.
Iâm a fan of haste, it makes way more practical sense to me than leech lol. You get gear thatâs easier to move around in, resize your rings, and you can do things quicker! Iâd like more haste to mean more speed too.
Letâs further limit customization by removing one of four secondary stats from the game (Not including Dodge, Parry, Block, and Leech). Then what, youâll want Mastery removed because everyone stacks it?

What is it with people on the forums making sarcastic hypothetical questions that they obviously donât even think I would say because itâs stupid, as their main argument. If you read any of my past few replies, you would see then I went back on the belief of completely removing it in favor of baselining a bit of haste to make every spec feel faster and better baseline, and just reduce the effectiveness of haste a bit so less classes are forced to stack it. This is a debate topic and through good argument people were able to change my stance a bit to compromise for the opinions and possible issues they brought up. Strange how proper argumentative skills work you should study.

Vers is trash dude almost every spec in the game has mastery that increases their damage done. Its the same thing as vers but scales better.
Multistrike might be an rng stat but its fun where as vers is INCREDIBLY boring and feels extremely unfulfilling when getting more of.
Also multistrike added mini animations of spells for ranged classes when it procâd which looked cool as hell
I would much rather have haste than having to reforge hit rating like we had to do in the past

haste is fine as it, probably the last stat that should be reworked if blizzard decides to rework a stat. (verses and mastery). You are already wrong to assume haste is bis stat for most specs.
Resto Shamans still have this, its just a passive now. Itâs just not as noticeable.

Itâs the secondary stat with the most visible difference when increased.
No Iâm not check icy veins. I gave you specific numbers in terms of what stacks stack haste. Itâs 23 out of the 36 specs which is greater than 2/3 of them, which is most of them.
Also Zhanli care to elaborate? You just saying itâs a bad idea with no argument to back it up has no validity on a forum.

Iâd be all for the removal of haste, and a baseline decrease of cast times and such. Haste only feels good when you have it, and when you donât you really notice not having it. You will spend most of an expansion trying to obtain the stat just so you donât have to worry about not having it. Itâs not a feel good stat, itâs a chore stat. itâs a homework stat.
Simply make our actions faster to begin with, and introduce another stat to take its place. I know personally I canât stand Haste.
