You robbed yourself and quit asking for things that do not affect others ways of playing, you want to use your ground mounts use them but do not take away things for others just because you can’t seem to control your own game.
Let’s be honest this is GD unless the person is on a low post classic toon (usually a DK ) or the latest Hero Class toon at around starting level posting bait threads , we’re all pretty much regulars here

Do you know how many players I have seen traveling the zones on a ground mount? There are a lot of people who play the game this way, you should follow suit. No one is forcing them to ride ground mounts, like no one is forcing you to fly. Make a different choice.

I dunno I’m an 80 Paladin and I’d hardly call myself a “regular”. I duck into GD every-so-often, and I never heard of this guy before.

Seems a bit harsh given I’ve enjoyed most expansions, but can still criticize aspects that I don’t like.

How about YOU not fly and let the rest of us that hate ground clutter, forced encounters with enemies, etc fly away from all that nonsense? Why force your desire on the rest of us?

This dude thinks that sitting around with your fingers in places fingers shouldn’t be waiting on something to spawn with an hour+ window is somehow fun.
Dude, I played FFXI… the literal poster child for this kind of game design.
It was anything BUT fun.

If you don’t like the feature you are not forced to use it. Don’t fly. See you can be happy and the feature can still exist.

I think I was level 78 and hit it on day 2 .
Focused on the story for each zone (including dungeon scenarios) completed zone story and flew around zone to open map for exploration . Then off to next zone to repeat .
