You people cry at ducks being killed, but don’t bat a single eye when DRAGONS have to be slaughtered? Now THAT is sickening.

The hand of guldan meteor kills critters when it hits a target. It’s glorious. Also when you smash down with dragon flying you will kill critters as well. I will order my wrathguard demon to kill random critters that I see when I’m running around.
