No it doesn’t, If im boosting my hunter to 60 lets say and boosting is not allowed than Im not gonna boost or even play my hunter because I do not want to spend a month dungeoning, theres more than enough players for dungeons servers have a insane amount of players on them, I just leveled my pally to 60 last week without a issue finding a group.
